Support & Comment Page Instructions
Overview
This page provides clear instructions for creating a support or comment page that meets Google Search Essentials and AdSense Program Policies. Following these guidelines ensures your page is indexable, helpful, policy‑safe, and eligible for monetization.
1. Page Purpose & Description
Google requires every page to clearly state its purpose. Your support/comment page should explain what it does, who it is for, and how it benefits users. Include a short description at the top of the page and reassure visitors that no personal information is collected.
2. Structured Content Sections
Google Search prefers pages with organized sections. Include headings such as:
- Overview
- How to Use This Page
- Privacy & Data Handling
- Frequently Asked Questions
- Public Comments (if enabled)
3. Helpful, Original Text
Add at least 300–500 words of unique, helpful text. Explain how your support system works, why you offer email‑free communication, how messages are handled, and when users can expect replies.
4. Avoid Thin Content
A page containing only a form is considered thin content and may be rejected by AdSense. Add instructions, FAQs, examples, and policy information to increase content depth.
5. Privacy Statement
Even if you do not collect emails, Google requires a clear privacy disclosure. Explain what data is collected (message text, optional nickname) and what is not collected (email, phone, IP). Describe how anonymous identity is generated and how messages may be published.
6. Internal Links
Add links to your home page, tools catalog, FAQ, contact page, and privacy policy. This improves crawlability and ranking.
7. Schema Markup (Optional)
Adding FAQ or Article schema helps Google understand your page and may improve visibility in search results.
8. Page Performance
Ensure your page loads quickly, is mobile‑friendly, and uses clean HTML. Google Search and AdSense both require fast, user‑friendly pages.
9. Avoid Prohibited Content
Your page must not contain harmful, illegal, or unsafe content. Moderate public comments to prevent violations of AdSense content policies.
10. Clear Call‑to‑Action
Google prefers pages with a clear user action. Add a call‑to‑action such as: “Send us your question,” “Share your feedback,” or “Help us improve our tools.”
